Cancellation policy

SUMMER

Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations within 6 days prior to arrival, we charge 50 percent of the booked services per room.
Early departure and/or late arrival will be treated as a “no show” and charged unless the reservation is changed 7 days in advance.

WINTER

Cancellations up to 14 days before departure are free of charge. Cancellation of the reservation is possible by telephone or e-mail directly to our hotel.
For cancellations within 14 to 7 days before arrival, we charge 1 night per room, room/breakfast as basis rate.
In case of cancellation 6 days or less prior to arrival, we charge for the actual nights booked up to a maximum of 3 nights per room, room/breakfast as basis rate.
Early departure and/or later arrival will be treated as a “no show” and charged, unless the reservation is changed 15 days in advance.
Exceptions to this are cancellation conditions specifically listed in our written confirmations.

HOTEL CHESA SPUONDAS

Im Sommer (bei einem Aufenthalt ab 2 Nächten):

Bergbahn inklusive. Kostenlose Benutzung aller offenen Sommerbergbahnen im Oberengadin.
ÖV-Inklusive. Freie Fahrt mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr mit Bus und der Rhätischen Bahn im gesamten Streckennetz des Oberengadins.
ÖV-Inklusive + Bergell. Zusätzlich ist die Fahrt mit dem Postauto ins Bergell und bis nach Chiavenna (IT) inklusive.
